Foster your children’s love of the arts and inspire their creative expression with the OKCMOA camp program! We offer a variety of age-appropriate, thematic sessions based on the
Museum’s exhibitions and permanent collection. All sessions are led by professional educators, who provide guidance and encourage creativity with stimulating instruction and engaging activities. An exhibition of student artwork and reception in the main lobby tops off each camp on Friday, when students can share their fantastic creations and take their families on a tour of the Museum.
Cost: $120 members/$130 nonmembers per child (before/after care is available from 8–9 a.m. and from 4–5 p.m. at a charge of $5 per child, per day). Maximum enrollment is 12 students. Fee includes materials; please provide a sack lunch and snacks for your child to bring each day. Children must meet the minimum age requirements for each class to participate. SPRING BREAK ART (AGES 5–7 & 8–10)

Celebrate the Museum’s 10th anniversary downtown as we spend the week creating works of art inspired by pieces in the galleries as well as the beautiful cityscapes of downtown Oklahoma City! On Friday afternoon at 4 p.m., students will display their creations in the main lobby, enjoy a festive reception with punch and sweet treats, and take their families on a tour of the Museum.
BEGINNING FILM & VIDEO PRODUCTION (AGES 11–13)
Tuesday–Friday, March 13–16, 9 am–4 pm
Calling all young filmmakers! Want to know more about the different aspects of video production and the media industry? This is your chance to learn the fundamental skills required to make a group video project from start to finish. Topics range from storyboarding, location scouting, and basic camera techniques and composition to shooting a video and editing it with titles, transitions, and music. A screening of student video projects tops off the camp on Friday afternoon at 3:45 p.m. in the Noble Theater.

STOP-MOTION ANIMATION (AGES 11–13)
Tuesday–Friday, March 20–23, 9 am–4 pm
In this camp, students will learn the process and art of stop-motion animation. This is a very time consuming art form that will be broken down into an easy and fun way of creating short stop-motion videos. Students will use digital and video cameras to manipulate objects that move in a video. They will also learn how to edit what they shoot with Mac and PC computers to create a stop-motion video that uses titles, transitions, and music. A screening of student video projects tops off the camp on Friday afternoon at 3:45 p.m. in the Noble Theater.
