TEAS

Teas come from a single plant, the Camellia Sinensis. If left to wither (oxidize), the tea leaves turn black. If immediately steamed, they remain green. Oolong Teas range between the two. White Tea is the least processed and exclusively the top leaf and a bud. The Museum Cafe proudly serves Numi teas. Numi is unique in its commitment to using Organic and Kosher whole-leaf teas, real fruits, and fresh spices.

AGED EARL GREY
ITALIAN BERGAMOT BLACK TEA
Numi’s special Earl Grey naturally scented full-leaf, premium Assam black tea with real bergamot oranges. Robust with fruity notes.

NGLISH BREAKFAST
A fine Indian tea blend with a robust malty taste and dark liquor, especially tasty with a drop of cold milk.

BERRY BLACK FRUITEA DARJEELING BLACK TEA
Real North American strawberries and raspberries,blended with hibiscus, rosehips, and golden-tipped Darjeeling, create an authentic berry taste.

MATE LEMON MYRTLE GREEN TEA
Energizing Yerba Mate is blended with Australian rainforests’ Lemon Myrtle and Chun Mee green tea to create a delightful lemon taste.

GINGER OOLONG TEA
Ginger mingles with soulful Shui Hsien Oolong in this invigorating, well-balanced tea.

ORANGE SPICE WHITE TEA
This white tea balances citrus notes of orange, schizandra berries, Dry Desert Lime, and luxurious spice for a most divine cup.

JASMINE GREEN TEA
This light and fragrant green tea is scented with delicate jasmine flowers that impart a floral sweetness to the tea.

FLOWERING TEAS

Flowering Tea is a new tradition that celebrates the tea leaf. Hand picked, premium organic white, tender tea buds, top two green tea leaves, and golden-tipped black tea are hand sewn with cotton thread into bundles or rosettes by artisans throughout China. When steeped in hot water, these rare Leaves of Art™ slowly blossom into breathtaking shapes. The tea liquor releases a myriad of flavors from sweet and subtle to rich and bold.

DRAGON LILY - OSMANTHUS LILY WHITE TEA
Dragon Lily bursts open into an arrangement of superb white tea and stunning flowers. When steeped, sprinkles of osmanthus petals surface and an orange lily blossoms, a mesmerizing display. This translucent liquor imparts a velvety sweet apticot flavor.

EMERALD SUN - GREEN CHRYSANTHEMUM
This tea softly broadens into a radiant globe of green tea when bathed in hot water. A spring-white chrysanthemum resides in the heart of this premium green tea. Mellow and nutty, the scent delights the senses with its alluring sweet smoothness.

BLACK BEAUTY - BLACK TEA
Black Beauty’s finest golden-tipped black tea leaves unravel, lifting up like the spires of a cathedral. The sensual amber-colored liquor, with an exotic rose scent, releases a superbly bold, deep flavor.

JADE FORTUNE - GREEN TEA
This premium tea unfolds into an array of wild petals. The gentle swaying leaves impart a subtle earthy flavor, pleasingly savory in taste.
