Spinach, brie and prosciutto stuffed chicken, quinoa grain mix,
roasted almond chive beurre blanc

 

Peppered Tilapia

Pan seared pepper crusted tilapia, boursin whipped potatoes,
saffron naranja agria (bitter orange) beurre blanc

 

Chicken Fettuccini

Fettuccini pasta, grilled chicken, arugula, cherry tomatoes,
pine nuts, white wine, arugula pesto
