Drop-In Yoga has a New Twist

Come flow with us this fall!

Join us for a unique experience in our galleries every Thursday evening and Saturday morning with yoga instructor Tracy Dawn Espinosa Checotah. Drop-in Yoga now highlights two distinct yoga flows – Vinyasa and Yin Yoga – so you can choose the pace that works for you!

Thursday Night Vinyasa Flow

Every Thursday | 5:45-6:45 pm

Thursday Night Vinyasa Flow connects fluid movement with breathing in a synchronized flow that encourages students to use balance, strength, and flexibility while finding inner peace.

Saturday Morning Yin Yoga and Mindfulness

Every Saturday | 10:30-11:30 am

Saturday Morning Yin Yoga and Mindfulness focuses on calming the mind with slow-paced floor work that emphasizes meditation in the gallery space. Join us for this reflective, introspective yoga flow that encourages mindfulness and increased energy flow.

Drop-in Yoga Tips

1. Purchase your class

Drop-In Yoga is always $12 for non-members and $8 for members. You may register online OR just drop in at the admissions desk before your class.

2. Bring your mat

Drop-In Yoga is always BYOM (Bring your own mat). Not sure about what kind of mat is best for you? Check out Yoga Journal’s Best Mats of the year and the one that fits the type of yoga you do the most!

3. Grab some water

Water is NOT allowed in OKCMOA’s galleries, but you may bring it with you and leave it in your bag. Find the best sports bottle for your activity type!
