2017 Season Special Rate applies for:
- 2 hours of event time to be scheduled between 5-8 pm.
- Event organizers will have access to space 1 hour prior to start of the event.
- Limited to Tuesday and Wednesday evenings between April-October 2017.
- Maximum capacity of 200 guests.
- Rate covers Facility Rental Fee and Event Security Fee
- Use of house sound system and one wireless microphone
- Tables and chairs
- Overhead lighting
- Weather backup plan of moving the event indoors to the Museum Lobby
- The Museum Cafe is the exclusive caterer for events at OKCMOA, and catering fees are not included in special rate.
- Additional set up fees may apply if Roof Terrace furniture must be rearranged for event.
- Exclusive access to galleries (including special exhibitions) is an optional addition to your event for $200 + $7/person.
- Food and drink are not permitted in galleries.
