The Art of Oklahoma + Create a Styrofoam Print:

Ages 6-10 + adult

Saturday, February 10, 10 am-12 pm
Maximum enrollment: 6 child/adult pairs (please purchase one ticket per child, two children may be accompanied by one adult)
$15 members/$20 non-members

During this Family Workshop, we will explore the art of Oklahoma and create our own works of art inspired by the land, flowers, and features of our state. The workshop will begin with an interactive, teaching artist-led tour of the special exhibition The Art of Oklahoma. We will view works by artists such as printmaker Lorraine Moore and painter Oscar Brousse Jacobson. Next, we’ll head to the studio where we will design our own Styrofoam prints inspired by what’s we seen and our own images of where we live. Both kids and adults will be able create and print two copies of their own original print to take home and display.
