Calling all artists and performers! Students will be taught the basics of acting and creative storytelling along with collaborative scenery design/construction and the creation of individual props. This camp will teach the importance of voice and movement, improv games, color and composition and working together. We will tour Isabelle de Borchgrave’s exhibition and create characters based on her Victoria Era clothing. Students will gain the experience of working together toward a common goal. Friday afternoon will consist of a short performance in our theatre and showcasing their visual art projects. Students will have several pieces of theatre-inspired art to take home.
