In this camp we will experiment with various film making techniques in order to create a music video together. We will work with stop motion animation, live action film making, and puppetry. We will create one character or a set of characters together and represent them in these various forms. The resulting video will have a loose narrative that follows our character through its transformations. As collaborators, we will learn to be open to one another and build on the suggestions of each member of our film making team. The result will be a unique short film we will screen in the Museum at the end of our week, and can share on all social media platforms. No prior art or film making experience required.
