About:

The Washington Color Painters and the Legacy of Paul Reed panel will complement the current exhibition, The New Art: A Milestone Collection Fifty Years Later. President and CEO Michael Whittington will moderate a panel discussion exploring a group of artists active in the Washington DC area in the late 1950s and 1960s. Particular emphasis will be given to artist Paul Reed. We’re honored to have panel guests Jean Reed Roberts, the daughter of late artist, Paul Reed, and Deedee Wigmore, of D. Wigmore Fine Art in New York City.
