Join us as we look for people and patterns inside the exhibition Kehinde Wiley: A New Republic. We’ll learn more about what inspired the artist to create large scale portraits, and how he creates his paintings. After our tour, we’ll head to the studio to experiment with patterning using stamps, ink, and paint. We’ll draw each other’s silhouettes and then fill them in with colorful and dazzling patterns of our own making.
