Featuring 99 paintings created between 1809 and the present by masters such as John Singer Sargent, Henry Ossawa Tanner, and Jaune Quick-to-See-Smith, For America: Paintings from the National Academy of Design provides a unique history of American art as told by many of the best-known American artists. Join us for a staff-led highlights tour that will offer a deeper look into the stories and histories surrounding a selection of paintings in the exhibition.
