Take your museum visit to the next level—literally! Spend your Saturday mornings on the OKCMOA Roof Terrace, a scenic spot to vibe and take in the sights and sounds of downtown Oklahoma City. Enjoy locally sourced pastries and refreshing drinks available for purchase—the perfect prelude to a day of film and fine art.
Access to the Roof Terrace is included with a film ticket purchase or gallery admission. Simply show your purchase confirmation to the Admission desk, then ride up the elevator!

Will the Roof Terrace close in the event of bad weather?
Delayed opening or closures of the Roof Terrace will occur due to:
- Temperatures of 100 degrees or more
- Wind 30 mph or more
- Tornado or thunderstorm warnings
- Lightning in the area
Will food be served?
Our friends at Ganache Patisserie will provide croissants for purchase on the Roof Terrace. A wider variety of treats from Ganache can be purchased in the Museum Store.
will there be a cash bar?
The Roof Terrace has a cash bar, serving mimosas, bellinis, champagne, and canned wine. For a wider variety of cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and more, visit OKCMOA’s Store Bar on the first floor.
can i bring my drink downstairs from the roof terrace?
Filmgoers are welcome to bring their beverages to the Noble Theater during a screening. However, food and drinks are not permitted in the galleries.
If I purchase an admission or film ticket for a day other than saturday, can i still receive access to the roof terrace?
No, only tickets purchased for film screenings or gallery visits will grant you access to the Roof Terrace that same Saturday.
The Roof Terrace is only open to the public on Saturday mornings.
will the roof terrace still be accessible on thursday nights?
No. Previously, the Roof Terrace was open to visitors on Thursday evenings during Art After 5, but due to the extreme heat often experienced during summer evenings, OKCMOA is shifting this popular feature to Saturday mornings for a more comfortable experience.
can i bring my own food and drink to the roof terrace?
We kindly ask that visitors refrain from bringing outside food and beverages to our Roof Terrace. Refreshments from the Bar staff will be available for purchase.
