Museum Films in August 2023

Escape the summer heat and join us in the Noble Theater for acclaimed new releases, fascinating documentaries, and modern classics! Our August lineup features the poetic Sundance drama Earth Mama; rarely seen Hungarian masterworks; stunning new restorations of Jean-Luc Godard’s Contempt and Park Chan-wook’s Oldboy; a 30th anniversary re-release of Richard Linklater’s Dazed and Confused; and nonfiction deep-dives into the histories of books, baseball, sculpture, and indie rock.
