OKCMOA is proud to be a venue for the 2023 Wide Open Experimental Film Festival, organized by a group of students in the Film Department at Oklahoma City University. Inspired by Oklahoma’s wide-open landscape, W.O.E.F.F. showcases experimental films that will open peoples’ eyes to the alternative forms, structures, and styles of film. | Free admission

The films in this program depict encounters with obstacles and endings. But even in the face of the cliffs of a river bed, enormous walls of lava, and the existential threats of pandemic and death, these films prioritize optimism by foregrounding intimacy and beauty.
