ABOUT TRUE NATURE
True Nature: Rodin and the Age of Impressionism is now open at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art is a major exhibition on sculptor Auguste Rodin, organized by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Recognized as one of the greatest sculptors since the Renaissance, Rodin pioneered an approach to his art that aimed not only to capture the physicality of his subjects but also their psychology. Organized thematically, True Nature: Rodin and the Age of Impressionism delves into the Classical influences on Rodin’s sculpture, the artist’s focus on portraiture, and his exploration of movement and the human body.

ABOUT ARRON NEWMAN
Aaron Newman is an Americana/Folk artist from Oklahoma City. Aaron is the founding member of the OK Caravan, which started out as a solo/duo acoustic project that landed him a deal with 598 Records (Mike McClure; The Damn Quails). Shortly after signing the deal, 598 Records stopped operation and Aaron was forced to move on without the label. In December of 2013, Aaron started working on the OK Caravan album with Mike McClure and Brightman Music Producer, Geoff Rockwell, which had positive reviews and airplay all over the world. After a lengthy hiatus from releasing new music, Aaron started working on a solo project with producer Joel Wade of Blue House Media in Tulsa. Since working with Blue House Aaron has released 3 songs from those sessions and plans to release a full album by the end of the year.
