You will learn about garum, a fish sauce that was the favorite condiment of the Romans, mozzarella made from the milk of buffalos brought to Italy from the farthest corners of the Roman Empire, and San Marzano tomatoes that grow in the mineral-rich soil of Mount Vesuvius.
*Optional food and wine boxes are available for shipping. Registrants are not required to purchase the food and wine box in order to participate in the class.
This class will be held virtually via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent in a reminder email the day before the class takes place. Please email email@example.com with questions.
