Discover the quiet drama of the landscape through the lens of Ansel Adams in this nature-inspired gelli plate printing class. Using collected natural materials—like leaves, grasses, and stones—participants will create layered black-and-white prints that echo the tonal richness and compositional strength of Adams’s iconic photography.
No experience needed! This workshop is perfect for beginners and creatives of all kinds who want to experiment with texture, light, and the expressive possibilities of monochrome printmaking.
This class is designed for adults 18+. All supplies will be provided.
For questions regarding the class or registration, please email Programs Manager Neely Simms at nsimms@okcmoa.com.
Bonus! Stop by the OKCMOA Bar before class—registrants are welcome to bring a drink and enjoy a relaxed, sip-and-paint experience.
