Join us at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art for a dynamic day of discovery, connection, and creativity! Our Teacher Workshop is designed for educators who are looking to refresh their perspectives, explore new ideas, and earn professional development hours in an engaging setting.
Educators are invited to partake in a hybrid professional development workshop all about teaching history using art from the summer exhibition The Sense of Beauty: Six Centuries of Painting from Museo de Arte de Ponce! The workshop will cover art history, Puerto Rican history, and more.
Whether you join us in person at the Museum or tune in virtually, you’ll gain valuable tools to bring back to your students, all while experiencing the power of art to inspire learning across disciplines. Expect hands-on activities, interactive sessions, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow educators from across the region.
Registration is required. The cost is $10 for in-person participants; virtual attendance is free.
