Meet Chef Boudreaux!
The Museum Cafe would like to introduce our new Executive Chef Henry Boudreaux. Chef Boudreaux is a classically trained chef of French and Italian heritage.
He has apprenticed in Northern Italy where he made wine, cheese, pasta, and much more. Henry is an avid gardener and prepares his menus according to what is in season at the time. His favorite cuisine is Asian.
