Meet Chef Boudreaux!
The Museum Cafe would like to introduce our new Executive Chef Henry Boudreaux. Chef Boudreaux is a 23 year old classically trained chef of French and Italian heritage. He recently returned from a chef
apprenticeship in Northern Italy where he made wine, cheese, pasta, and much more. Henry is an avid gardener and prepares his menus according to what is in season at the time. His favorite cuisine is Asian. Keep an eye out for Henry’s new fall menu coming soon along with an October Beer Dinner, Thanksgiving and Christmas carry out menus and the 2012 New Years Eve dinner menu.
