Film Series: David Lynch’s Los Angeles Trilogy
- Released over the course of a decade, David Lynch’s “Lost Highway,” “Mulholland Dr.,” and “Inland Empire” view Hollywood through a fractured looking glass of shifting identities, mutating timelines and blurred realities. Brought together on the Noble Theater’s big screen, these towering masterworks of American surrealism create an unsettling, strikingly original and often hauntingly beautiful cinematic universe in which everything is possible and nothing is what it seems. “Lost Highway” is presented in a director-supervised 4K restoration with an exclusive video introduction by David Lynch. “Inland Empire” screens with newly remastered picture and sound supervised by the director.
