OKCMOA’s February film lineup showcases a vibrant mix of international awards contenders, acclaimed auteurs, and special events, ranging from Park Chan-wook’s darkly comic No Other Choice and the visually exquisite, Academy Award-nominated animated feature Little Amélie or The Character of Rain to Mascha Schilinski’s sweeping, century-spanning Sound of Falling and Lav Diaz’s visionary epic Magellan, both submitted by their home countries for Oscar consideration. The month also includes major awards‑season highlights like the nine‑time Academy Award nominee Marty Supreme, starring Golden Globe winner Timothée Chalamet, Kleber Mendonça Filho’s acclaimed political thriller The Secret Agent, and Joachim Trier’s moving family drama Sentimental Value, alongside Fellini’s surreal Technicolor classic Juliet of the Spirits and the award‑winning Oklahoma‑made documentary 67 Bombs to Enid. Additional programming includes an exclusive Oscar celebration for Film Society and Moderns members, and the return of the Animated, Documentary, and Live Action Oscar®‑Nominated Short Films.
