Babies at the Museum is growing! We are excited to now offer two sessions each month, both featuring the same theme and activities. To make space for more families to participate, please register for only one session per month.
Thursday, October 8 | 9-10:30 am
Saturday, October 10 | 9-10:30 am
Designed for ages 0 to 24 months and their caregivers
This month, we’ll dive into the sounds and movements of the ocean inspired by A Ledge of Bass Rocks by George Herbert McCord. Surrounded by rocky shores and ocean views, we’ll explore the sounds, creatures, and textures of the sea. Through an ocean-themed book, themed toys, and ocean sounds, little ones will experience the sea from our galleries!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- 9-9:30 am | Arrive and enjoy coffee in the Family Space
- 9:30-10 am | Head upstairs for gallery time
- 10-10:30 am | Explore the galleries on your own or continue back to the Family Space for playtime
- 10:30 am | Babies at the Museum ends, but your time at the Museum doesn’t have to! Please enjoy the Museum and continue to make memories with your baby.
