Led by Shannon Stephens, owner of This Land Yoga
Designed for ages 18+
Add some zen to your Art in Bloom weekend and join us for a gentle, beginner-friendly class in our gallery spaces. Surrounded by floral installations and artwork, this class will weave together simple, mindful movement and steady breath to create a calm, grounded start to your day.
Inspired by the seasonal shift of spring, we’ll explore themes of renewal, attention, and quiet growth. Expect a supportive pace, clear guidance, and space to connect inward while immersed in the art around you.
Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat. A limited number of chairs will be available for seated options and accessibility needs. You are welcome to bring water; however, all water bottles must be left outside the galleries during the session.
$25 Members | $45 Non-Members
