This class starts with a walk-through of the latest special exhibition, The Sense of Beauty: Six Centuries of Painting from Museo de Arte de Ponce, where we will look at how artists have depicted themselves and others through their works.
Back in the classroom, students will create colorful self-portraits using a variety of drawing and collage materials, then design and decorate frames that reflect their individual personalities, interests, and creativity.
